Who We Are
The Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines (QCSP), also known as OneQuantum Philippines, is the national multi-stakeholder quantum community advancing quantum technologies for the benefit of the Philippines. Founded in 2017, QCSP convenes government, academe, industry, startups, students, and civil society around a shared goal: closing the coordination gap in Philippine quantum development by connecting research, talent, policy, and industry adoption into one national ecosystem.
We work to raise awareness, develop local talent, and build real-world applications of quantum technologies for the Philippines. Through lecture series, hackathons, workshops, conferences, and partnerships with government, academia, and industry, QCSP helps Filipinos explore how quantum technologies can support national development, innovation, and responsible adoption.

Our Vision & Mission
Our vision is a thriving, inclusive quantum ecosystem in the Philippines, contributing as a founding member of the SEA-QN (Southeast Asia Quantum Network) to a stronger, connected quantum community across the region.
Our mission is to accomplish this by convening the national quantum community, developing local talent, and connecting the Philippines to regional and global quantum networks — including SEA-QN and OneQuantum, the worldwide community of local chapters whose vision of quantum technology as a force for good QCSP shares and helps advance.
