Bobby Corpus is a Board Member of the DOST-PCIEERD Quantum Technology Board, Vice Chair of the Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS) Technical Committee on Information Technology – Subcommittee on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technologies, and a member of the OECD Global Forum on Technology (GFTech) expert focus group on quantum technologies. He has also served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Baguio, teaching quantum computing.

Bernardino Buenaobra is a Filipino physicist and researcher with over 25 years of combined experience in academia and industry, contributing significantly to optics, microscopy, lasers, image processing, and control systems while serving at institutions such as the University of San Carlos and publishing numerous research papers. He has also held management roles in the geomatics and plantation industries, demonstrating his versatility across research and industry leadership.
Kevin Icaro
Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Verification Engineer, Analog Devices
Kevin Icaro is an Analog/Mixed-Signal design verification engineer at Analog Devices, where he works on precision data converters and helps ensure the accuracy and reliability of complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. His background spans IC design and verification, and he brings training in microelectronics and physics from Mapúa University, giving him a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical sides of chip design and validation.

He is a Lecturer at De La Salle University's Department of Computer Technology and serves as Director of Education and Collaboration at OneQuantum Philippines and Director for Partnerships and Collaborations at the Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines.

Edison Macabebe is a CTO specializing in post-quantum, full-stack agentic AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures, with a background spanning AI systems design, DevOps and platform engineering, and technical architecture. He also brings experience in product and program management, helping guide the development of complex AI-driven systems from concept through deployment across both enterprise and emerging quantum-adjacent technology environments.

Asher Manangan is a DevOps engineer and platform engineer based in Central Luzon, Philippines, focusing on cloud-native and Kubernetes-native architectures, automation, and high-performance/AI computing environments across the US, Pacific, and EU regions. He maintains the "asher-lab" GitHub organization, where he works on infrastructure, automation, and development tooling for end-to-end IT projects, bringing hands-on experience in building resilient, scalable systems for organizations navigating digital transformation.
