Wilfredo "Jun" Sa-a Jr. is retired Managing Director of the Cebu IT/BPM Organization (CIB.O) — formerly the Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology (CEDF-IT), the first ICT council in the Philippines. He advocates for countryside development and the growth of emerging technologies, including quantum computing, which he sees as the next wave after artificial intelligence (AI). He currently serves as President of the Taga-SciHi Alumni Association, the alumni association of Cebu City National Science High School.
