The International Conference and Workshop on Emerging Technologies and Innovation Ecosystems 2026 (RIEx 2026) will take place on November 18–19, 2026 at the NEUST Mini Convention Center, with an online option. The conference carries the theme “Fostering Global Partnerships for Research Excellence, Technological Advancement, and Sustainable Futures.”

RIEx 2026 brings together researchers, educators, students, industry professionals, government personnel, and innovators on a platform that promotes research, emerging technologies, innovation, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

QCSP’s Role

The Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines (QCSP) is a co-organizer of RIEx 2026 and is helping bring quantum computing and cybersecurity into the program, including the Quantum Computing and Cybersecurity Hackathon.

The collaboration builds on QCSP’s earlier work with NEUST: in June 2026, NEUST hosted the Luzon leg of the nationwide Quantum Computing and Cybersecurity Hackathon, organized by QCSP and the ISC2 Philippines Chapter.
