As an Assistant Scientist at the DOST, Elmer Peramo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Machine Learning to the table. Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at De La Salle University, he also holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Philippines. Over the years, Elmer has successfully managed a diverse range of AI-related projects, applying his expertise to domains such as weather forecasting, agriculture, natural language processing, construction project management, healthcare, and more. With a passion for driving innovation through the power of AI, Elmer is committed to advancing the field and sharing his insights with others.
